1. Drink lots of tea!

Most teas are good for the skin and hair and
is packed with lots of health benefits.
White tea is especially rich in antioxidants
which protect the body against free radicals
that cause skin damage. Hibiscus, Rosehip,
Jasmine, Green tea and more are all great
anti-aging tea.

2. Get a good night sleep
Nothing beats a good night sleep when it
comes to having a glowing skin.

3.  Fruits & Vegetables are always good.
Avoid cakes and other sweet desserts and opt
for fresh fruits instead. Vegetable and fruit
shakes are a must have in your diet.
4. Regular exercise.
Healthy circulation also helps keep your skin healthy and glowing. Increase in blood flow also helps nourish skin cells.
Stress can worsen our skin condition or may be the cause of it, exercise helps decrease stress.

5. Protect your skin from the sun.
Always apply sunscreen and sunblock.  Most wrinkles are due to sun radiation.

6. Healthy skin care routine.
Cleanse. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Exfoliate at least once a week. Add eye cream, serum, moisturizer and face
masks to your skin care regimen.
