All tags must be attached to the item(s) and packaging seals and wrappings intact. A receipt must accompany the return. You will need to contact us and request a return number within seven days of receiving your order, within 7 days after it was delivered to your mail box. Items returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise can be returned for a refund. After 7 days items are not eligible to be returned. Online returns should be sent directly back to the designers and in the  original packaging provided. If applicable any branded packaging such as jewelry boxes, dust bags, and tags should be included in your return. Skincare and beauty products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened and if they are re-sealable. Orders cannot be exchanged. You will need to return your original order and place a new one in the style, size or color that you need.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and after inspection of the items. FashionRooftop.com reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy. Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable.
