Skincare and beauty products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened and if they are re-sealable. Orders cannot be exchanged. You will need to return your original order and place a new one in the style, size or color that you need.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and after inspection of the items. FashionRooftop.com reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy. Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Custom made and personalized items are non returnable.

FashionRooftop.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.

Returns for no valid reasons would be charged 10% restocking fee.

We will not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are reported missing or damaged that have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
